How can I get Public Works permit and how long will it take to get my project approved once it’s submitted?
Right of Way (ROW) Permit applications are available at the Utility Payment window in City Hall at 898 Elk Drive. Permit approval takes about a week for small projects. Larger projects requiring engineering approval and cost estimates take longer.

When do I need a public works permit?
Public Works permits are required for any work performed in the public right of way or on City-owned facilities. For more information about Public Works permits and the permitting process, contact the Public Works Supervisor at (541) 469-1171.
