[ARCHIVED] Brookings Airport Master Plan PAC Meeting #3

The City of Brookings staff and consultants will be facilitating a Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) meeting to discuss the Brookings Airport.

As part of the Brookings Airport Master Plan Update the City of Brookings and consultants will conduct up to five PAC meetings and two Open Houses with members of the public and a select group of airport tenants, pilots, local and regional economic development interest, neighbors of the airport and staff/representatives of the City to ensure a collaborative public involvement and master planning process that develops understanding, explores solutions, and provides a realistic and achievable implementation plan.

PAC meeting #3 will be an interactive discussion between PAC members and the Planning team to discuss the draft development alternatives developed to depict facility improvements capable of satisfying future demand.  Several concepts developed by consultants will be presented and discussed with the PAC.

PAC meeting #3 will be held Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 6:00 pm.  The meeting will be held in person at the Emergency Operations Center (EOC), Brookings City Hall, 898 Elk Drive, Brookings, OR.

Due to COVID-19 meeting participants in the EOC will be limited and social distancing of six feet will be required and maintained.
