As Mayor of this fine city, I am pleased to extend my thanks to all of the local businesses who generously donated gifts to the basket I will be bringing for the silent auction at this year's Oregon Mayor's Conference in Lincoln City.
Contributors to the basket were Brandy Peaks Distillery, Salmon Run Golf Course, Sporthaven Marina Restaurant and La Flor de Mexico restaurant, the Railroad Street Market, Spindrift Inn and the Brookings Liquor Store...among others...for a total gift value of $515!
While proceeds from the auction will benefit a local charity of the host-City's choice and the Oregon Mayors Association conference scholarship program, by showcasing the bounty we have to offer our visitors, the gift basket will benefit our fair city, as well!
