July 6, 2016 - Brookings Mayor Ron Hedenskog issued the following statement today:
“On behalf of the citizens of Brookings, I would like to express our condolences to the Belnap and Merker families, to the students and staff at Grants Pass High School, and to the citizens of Grants Pass over the tragic apparent loss of life that occurred on the Fourth of July in an airplane crash near Brookings.”
