A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Brookings and Brookings Urban Renewal Agency, Curry County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 and to hold a public hearing on the use of state revenue sharing funds will be held at Brookings City Hall, 898 Elk Drive, in the Council Chambers.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected at City Hall Finance and Human Resources Department, after April 20, 2015, 9:00 am – noon and 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm or at www.brookings.or.us.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
