The Public Arts Committee invites everyone to an afternoon of Holiday Doodling. The event is planned during December's Artwalk on Saturday, December 13th from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm, in the Chetco Community Library main meeting room.
Committee members Chelle Hanna and Scott Clapson will be on hand to help people release their inner creative energy...through doodling. The holiday spirit will be in the air as the acapella group “Resonance," directed by Holly Hatch, will perform from
3:00 pm to 3:30 pm, and cookies and punch will be served.
This will also be an opportunity to view the sketches and photos of the murals being planned by the Public Art Committee for downtown Brookings. Kathleen Kresa, muralist and Library guest artist, will also be on hand to answer any questions.
