Fire Survivors Assistance Programs

Funding Assistance
  • The Wildfire Damage Housing Relief Program at Oregon Housing and Community Services can provide up to $7,000 in assistance for low-income Oregonians who have lost their primary home due to wildfire. For more information or to see if you qualify, go to
  • Umpqua Bank is offering disaster relief loans up to $2,500 at a rate of 1.99% with no up-front fees and a streamlined application process (subject to credit approval). For more information call 866-790-2121.


According to the Insurance Commissioner's Office, most, if not all, home owners' insurance policies include a living expenses clause that will cover full living expenses for people who were in a Level 3 evacuation.
